New Spring Menu Begins May 1st
Asparagus, fava beans, artichokes, fiddlehead ferns, morel mushrooms, Chinook salmon, English peas, spring lamb…these are a selection of foods that are featured on Lauro's new spring menu and nightly specials. Roasted Asparagus with Romesco Sauce, Grilled Wild Salmon with Almond Tarator and Lamb Brochette with Saffron Rice Pilaf are new menu items that incorporate these fresh seasonal offerings. The dessert menu has been updated to include a baked to order Warm Rhubarb and Ginger Crisp with House Made Vanilla Bean Ice Cream as well as a Lemon Tart with Crème Chantilly.

Featured Wine: "Cortecillas"
Wine guru Daren Hamilton has added "Cortecillas," a new rose by the glass from Spain. This Rioja Rosado, made from the Tempranillo grape, is light and refreshing with strawberry overtones. Plus, it's a real deal at only $4 a glass.

Notes from the Bar
Gentleman bartender Bruce Skinner has retired his winter coffee drinks and has replaced them with two specialty cocktails to add to his growing and popular chalkboard list. Bruce is now featuring a dry and refreshing Citron Lemonade made with Absolut Citron, fresh lemon juice and club soda. He has also consented to mix his legendary Mojito made with rum, fresh lime juice, mint and club soda.

Lauro Kitchen Adds Wireless Internet Connection
Not that we're encouraging after-hours work, but we are now proud to offer a wireless highspeed Internet connection through Personal Telco. Bring in your WiFi enabled laptop or handheld to surf while you dine.

Outdoor Seating - Coming Soon!
This often asked question has finally been answered. We will officially open our outdoor "patio" on Tuesday, June 1st. We plan on placing 4 tables with seating for 12 on the Division Street side of the building, with potted plants, umbrellas and music to enhance the dining experience. Outdoor seating will be available on a first come, first- served basis only.

Summer Vacation Schedule
Lauro Kitchen will close for one week this summer between June 27th and July 5th. We will re-open for business on Tuesday, July 6th at 5 PM.

Lauro Kitchen is open Tuesday through Saturday from 5pm to 10pm. Complementary parking is available in our private lot on the west side of the building. Seating is on a first come, first served basis. Please try to arrive early to insure a table for you and your party.
